About the Patriots
Ward Melville High School includes students from the Three Village Area of Long Island that includes Setauket, East Setauket and Stony Brook. The area is known for its residents' great acts of patriotism during the American Revolution. That's why we are so proud to represent ourselves as "The Patriots" -- we're proud of our community.
Mission Statement
The mission of our organization is to share our passion and enjoyment for the sport of hockey with our players and the community. Toward this mission, we will foster an attitude of respect amongst our players, our opponents, the rules, the staff, the officials, the league and the fans. We will study and train to make our players better. We will create organizational excellence through determination, dedication, discipline and community service. We will use hockey as a platform to teach our players skills for a successful life.
