2024-25 Tryout Registration and Information
Tryouts for the upcoming 2024-25 season will be in June. Follow the steps below to register for tryouts. STEP 1: Register with USA Hockey and print and bring the 2024-25 barcode page. STEP 2: Download and print the "Player Registration Forms" - complete the form and bring to the tryout. New players also need to bring a copy of their Birth Certificate. STEP 3: Pay the applicable tryout fee at tryouts during check in.
STEP 1: Click button below to go to the USA Hockey website and register with USA Hockey (Required for ALL PLAYERS to tryout and/or play the season). Print and bring the 2019-20 USA Hockey Barcode page to the tryout.
STEP 2: Print, complete and bring the following forms to your tryout session:

- ALL PLAYERS - WMIHC Player Registration Form
- ALL PLAYERS - Tryout fee
- VARSITY PLAYERS ONLY - Code of Conduct Form
- VARSITY PLAYERS ONLY - Consent to Treat / Medical History Form
- NEW PLAYERS ONLY - Copy of players Birth Certificate
